Apply one coat of concrete primer to surfaces to be painted. 4. Apply one coat of acrylic latex paint (breathable) or other suitable coating if chosen by the owner for application. Colour and coating type to be chosen by owner. 5. If required, taping of adjoining surfaces will be done to ensure a clean, tapered line of distinction in the surfaces, where colours differ from the one applied or any other reason, which would detract from an aesthetically pleasing finished product. |
