SANDBLASTING


1. Sandblasting will be done using a suitable grade of sand until a uniform finish is achieved.

2. (BDA) Bryenton, Daniel & Associates Inc. will not be responsible for damage caused due to dust infiltration caused by Owners or tenants within the building. All care shall be taken by work crews to seal openings without the building envelope. However, careless opening of windows and doors while work is in progress is the responsibility of the Owner or his representative.

3. Debris from the cleaning shall be collected and disposed off site.

Note: While every precaution shall be taken to contain, collect and dispose of material debris, the particles are minute and thus cannot be fully contained/collected. This should be known at the outset to avoid unreal cleaning expectations.
