WATER REPELLENT: (ALL-GUARD or alternate repellent)


1. Have a test patch done on a section of the building where it will be unnoticed.

2. Power wash substrate to be coated and remove all dirt, carbon, etc. ensuring a clean surface for application of sealer.

3. Where noticeable spalls have developed or other surface deficiencies, report on areas and repair as per Owner's or his Representative's direction, i.e. brick spalling, joint deterioration, etc.

4. Apply All Guard masonry sealer at the rate of 350 square feet per gallon (dependent on temperature and humidity factors, or rate denoted in Manufacturer literature).
